Thankyou Lorna!!!

I have recieved my Spring Exchange piece from Lorna and it looks amazing! I love it! I couldn't wait when I picked it up from the Post Office and opened it as soon as I walked out the door so this picture is taken of it on the passenger seat of my car.

Spring Exchange to Rachael

Here is the exchange piece I sent to Rachael. I put some of my materials in so you can see what it can be used for. I also included a matching pincushion that had a keyring attached so you can hook it onto scissors too etc.

I put a piece of felt under the part that sits on the arm of the chair so hopefully it won't slip around.

So glad you like it Rachael! I loved making it.

I recieved my ATC exchange piece from Claire on Saturday morning and I've finally taken a picture of it although my picture quality is horrible lol.

Sorry I have been away for so long, I became so involved in University that I just couldn't find the time to visit all my blogs and message boards except facebook every now and then.

Anyway now that I am working and have a fairly reliable internet source I need to get my stitching MOJO back.

I do love this exchange blog and enjoyed all the exchanges I took part in before my disappearing act.

I was thinking that I haven't ever made an ATC and was wondering if anybody else had. Would anyone mind doing an ATC exchange at all?

As my internet for some reason doesn't like letting me post comments I thought it best to say a big congratulations to everyone as all the cushions have turned out gorgeous just like the rest of our exchanges.

Maddy - Exchange arrived

I had to go and pick the parcel up from the Post Office yesterday but haven't been able to get near the laptop to say thank you! It was difficult not to rip it open before I got home!!

All I can say is wow! It is absolutely gorgeous and the photo I have taken really doesn't do it justice. It is beautiful! The backing fabric colours are wonderful and the stitched piece is great. I love it! Thank you for the little teddy too - he is so cute! The thread will be great for when I get my hardanger out again and of course the fabric is brilliant. Where did you get them from? Hopefully somewhere that is online so I can get some more!
