NEW EXCHANGE--Spring has Sprung--

this is a spring exchange, single item only, no extras, a stitched piece in the theme of SPRING, finished into an ornie of some sort, hanger, pin keep, pin cushion, needleroll, whatever you chose.

sign up until monday 19th March........
posting date is NO LATER THAN 30th April.......

all the usual rules apply, post using recorded delivery(unless over seas) if your item goes missing you must replace it,  if you are posting overseas please post in plenty of time for the item to reach its destination, its not very fair to wait until the last day to post and then it taking 3 weeks to get to its destination!
please email or post a message when you post your item and please post a message with a pic when you receive your item.

ok for some reason i cant reply to your post maddy so here goes, i am very happy to get this moving again and would be happy to take part in some of the exchanges and organise some too but i do not have the time to do so for all of them, which why i asked for help in the first place...

there is one thing that i would like to say though and i don't want anyone to get upset about it and i will try to say it as nicely as i can ......  if you commit to an exchange PLEASE PLEASE come through with your side of it and on time, there is always a  time between the exchange being posted and the time that sign ups close, if you have any doubts about being able to fulfill your side then this is the time to pull out not after sign ups have closed, and to be fair it only takes 2 people to do an exchange so as long as there is someone to exchange with we dont rely have a need to cancel do we??

just my thoughts at the moment i may come back and add to it lol...........

Sorry this comes bit late. I've been so busy with school hardly had no time taking photos.

Here are beautiful gifts I received from Viv last week. All the way from Canada. I know there was a postal strike and I moved last month to another town so it took some time to travel. I was very happy to receive it. I just love everything you've put together Viv! Ornie, lace and the thimble:)

It arrived yesterday after travelling a month!

I'll add pictures in the weekend since I don't have my camera with me now.
I got some really beautiful lace and a gorgeus ornament and even a canadian thimble!

just a quick note to let you know that I have posted my package.
with the postal strike just getting over, hope my package doesn't end up in a basket somewhere as they are not working overtime to clear up the backlog. So it may take a little longer to get to its destination.

Unfortunately I am in the same dilemma as Lorna, I have it stitched but not made up. Needed to wait for threads and now I'm stuck as to how to make it up, I should be able to get it in the post by the weekend.

Hello I am new to this blog. My name is Pam and I have been stitching for quiet sometime now. I am a military wife and mother. Both my husband and daughter are in the Navy. I have a small daycare in my home so this allows me to be home for my family. Hope to be able to stitch a few projects for exchange.
