whats it all about....... this blog is dedicated to cross stitch exchanges, the making and exchanging of all sorts of cross stitch items, from needlerolls, to cushions, to flatfolds and just plain ornies,i just love receiving exchange items and love the making of them too, i think probably 90% of what i make is for an exchange or gift lol
THE RULES you can sign up to as many exchanges as you like but please remember when signing up that by signing up you are agreeing to make and send an ornie in the time stated to your partner, your failure to do so without a very good reason will result in you being excluded from taking part again, i'm sorry if that sounds harsh but in my time of stitching i have come across many people who just can't/don't come through with the goods! thats not fair on every one else! you may be sending overseas so please be aware of that when joining an exchange. if your items goes missing in the post you are expected to replace it. if you are held up in sending your item for any reason please let me know so your partner can be informed. the timing for each exchange will be posted on the signing in thread. please only sign up if you are able to follow through on your commitment. you are only expected to send the actual item of the exchange not extras, you may do this if you wish but please don't be disappointed if you don't receive extras in your package, this is an item only exchange! The item itself must be AT LEAST 50x50sts approx (unless other wise stated) and a cross stitch design (unless otherwise stated) this is just to prevent people from receiving something that is a postage stamp size item!
TO JOIN please email me telling me a bit about yourself and your stitching history, likes and dislikes, some photo's of some of your work would be greatly appreciated lornaslot@tiscali.co.uk please click the "follow this blog" link to keep up with whats going on , but if your not on the members list you won't be able to take part!
