Christmas exchange arrives

Today my Christmas exchange presents have arrived from Lindsay. She sent me a very nice ornament and also a wrapped piece which will go under the tree. The ornament is already on display with the others I have.

My presents to Claire

As Claire has already received my presents I thought I'd show you what did I send to her. I chose a Lizzie Kate design, because I like her patterns very much and because I thought Claire and her family may like it too. I included some Christmas stickers as well, as from her blog I know that Claire likes making cards. Finally a wrapped piece that she can put under the tree and open on Christmas Day.

My Christmas exchange piece is on its way to its new home. Hope it arrives fast, maybe before the end of the week.

The Heart of Home

I have just received my exchange present from Jane. She stitched me a beautiful kitchen sampler which I like very very much. I have to look for a place for it in our kitchen. She also included a book full of Welsh recipes and beautiful illustrations and a lovely card made by her son!

Summer exchange from Rachael

Today I have received my summer exchange from Rachael! She sent me a very nice piece with strawberry design (I love strawberries) several ribbons in lovely colours, threads and a beautiful card.

I have just opened the envelope that arrived today to find the most wonderful exchange present inside. Well, this is my first ever exchange received, but I am sure it is the most beautiful one. Chris sent me a gorgeous needlecase with a La-d-da design. Not only the stitching is beautiful but the fabric she used for the back and inner parts. She toughtfully included needles as well. For sure it will always be with me!

Also, she sent me a Lizzie Kate design called Chocolate Lovers. Lizzie Kate is one of my favourites but this is my first ever design from them!

And if it would not be enough, she sent me some threads of beautiful colours.

I was a bit curious when my husband said there was a package from Spain, I couldn't think who,what or where...

I was just so pleased to open it and find some wonderful gifts from Edit.

A most beautiful cushion with lovely design, and a little bag which has my initials on, that had some Lollies in for my children and a fab Hungary fridge magnet( I collect these :0D ) and a lovely scissor fob, but that's not all some Spanish sweets which are yummy!! lol

I love how you did the little flower label ,a great added touch.
